wireclass.com provides services to customers on a state of the art integrated delivery platform by our QUALIFIED TRAINERS which allows us to provide TRAINING AND GUIDELINES remotely or through chat, mail and phone with a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy. You have the right to cancel the subscription and services only if you have not signed the SLA or the INVOICE, and receive a full refund within a period of 14 calendar days. Please note you will be entitled to get a full refund if applied within 3 calendar days of purchasing the plan WITH SUPPORTING DESIRE AND LOGIC. Your refund takes effect when you send us a mail from your registered email id to support@wireclass.com. A full refund would be granted to you with at the earliest.

Applicable for all Plans :
1) No refund after 3 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
2) Full refund will be provided if apply within 3 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
3) Once you sign and accept our invoice and SLA i.e. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT there will not be any acceptance of any refunds or Charge backs thereafter.

Refund Clauses :
1) Refund policy does not apply for Free Trial Offer.
2) Refund policy will be valid only if WIRECLASS.COM failed satisfactory solutions of issues mentioned in the scope of services.
3) Refund can only be claimed if customer's issue is not resolved or customer did not get the service in time.
4) You can file a refund request by sending us a email at support@wireclass.com or by calling us in our customer help desk or by contacting us through our website www.wireclass.com/contact.php
5) Refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days from the date of request.
6) Once you sign and accept our invoice and SLA i.e. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT there will not be any acceptance of any refunds or Charge backs thereafter.
7) There are no refunds of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
8) No refunds are entertained for those products that the WIRECLASS.COM marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Thanks Giving day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
9) Please understand that all communications should be via E-Mail and no E-mails received from any other E-Mail address other than the one/ones registered while subscribing will be entertained.
